Did you practice Telekinesis today?

Learning to do telekinesis is mainly about building the part of your brain that controls telekinesis. You brain is a muscle and the only way to build your brain muscle is the exercises it. Ideally, a student of telekinesis should spend at least 10 to 15 minutes per day (time permitting) practicing one of the many exercises on this site.
